The Lead Product Manager on Central Product Management will coordinate product managers across multiple products and compliance-related initiatives;

they will work with cross-functional global teams to ensure the company is effectively crafting compliance plans based on priorities, and ultimately driving positive business outcomes.

Compliance initiatives may include how to apply new government regulations or data privacy requirements to our game portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall compliance strategy across the portfolio, ensuring that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis.
  • Own prioritization of compliance related initiatives based on legal guidance and business impact, communicating risk and impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Own and independently write specifications for features, and partner with engineering on technical guides based on those specifications.
  • Develop products that optimally achieve business goals while being mindful of dev investment and legal requirements or constraints.

Ability to optimize features for platform / channels / geos.

  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional team members
  • Apply a hypothesis based analytical approach, conduct experimentation. Develop expertise in core and domain specific metrics.
  • Own results of features / projects and consistently manage against defined expectations.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in product management in consumer mobile or game development experience
  • Ability to build wire-frames, product specifications and white papers
  • Experience with managing dynamic applications and multivariate testing
  • Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team including those who do not directly report to you
  • Exceptional data analysis and problem solving skills. SQL querying abilities is a strong plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive team
  • A passion for games, creating fun and, compelling user experiences
  • Outstanding written / oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry and competitor trends
  • Experience in coordinating large-scale projects with central teams
  • Previous start-up, social networking and / or consulting experience a plus
  • Prior experience in Trust & Safety, Compliance, Privacy or Data Protection a strong plus.
