Responsibilities

Providesa comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis servicesfor clients with diverse business and technological needs.

Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter expertsin order to understand their requirements through gatheringdocumenting and analyzing business needs and requirements.

Preparesand advises on business analysis policies processes best practicesand standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent businessanalysis practice within the organization.

GeneralSkills

• Leadsand conducts business analysis in order to assess client s businessproblems / opportunities and documents the business requirements insuch a way that I&IT solutions can be determined.
• Appliesreengineering concepts to promote business improvements throughalternative and cost effective service delivery approaches Leadsand conducts business analysis at varying levels of detailappropriate to the project and phases of project aligning with OPSUnified Project Management Methodology Enterprise Architecture andGating Process and OPS Standard Systems Development MethodologiesDevelops strategies prepares business cases and costbenefitanalysis and conducts feasibility studies for business I&ITinitiatives Develops sound processes for requirements gatheringincluding but not limited to JAD sessions interviews mockups etc.
• Conductsbusiness modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical datamodeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys;

business rules definition and nonfunctional requirementsdefinitions for assigned projects Monitors progress resolvesproblems and reports regularly to I&IT management andstakeholders Develops performance measures and traceabilitymatrices for business analysis evaluation and conducts followupExperience developing strategies preparing business cases andcostbenefit analysis Experience conducting requirements gatheringdeveloping documentation including presentations and briefing notesand conducting stakeholder engagement

Experiencein the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools todocument conceptual requirements and scope Awareness of emergingI&IT trends and technologies Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills;

• Ateam player with a track record for meeting deadlines DesirableSkills Experience in the use of information retrieval packages
