  • Verify conformance of machined work to specifications, using measuring tools including micrometers, calipers; Study machining instructions, work orders, and drawings to determine dimensional and finish specifications, sequence of operations, set-ups and tooling requirements;
  • Select cutting tools according to machining instructions; Observe boring operations to detect malfunctions; Lift work pieces onto work tables either manually or with hoists / cranes;

Installing tools and spindles; Document work performed / completed in job sheets Daily housekeeping of work area and maintaining equipment Why work for StackTeck?

  • Employee Assistance Program A variety of shifts What do you have? Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a CNC Milling machine in a machine shop setting Post Secondary education in General Machining would be an asset;
  • Proven knowledge and experience of CNC Machining language; Knowledge of production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective machining of plates and components;
