Job Description
The Middle Office teams are accountable for ensuring all public market-based strategies are executed in an effective and efficient manner, from new product on-boarding to trade booking through to maturity / settlement.
The group is cross-asset and provides support for a range of products & activities including but not limited to OTC & clear derivatives, listed securities, collateral, and securities financing (lending / borrowing) products.
The Project Coordinator, New Products & Activities (NP&A), is expected to provide quality support & project coordination to the NP&A team as you / team work to successfully complete the on-boarding of new products and / or activities while adhering to established governance & operating standards.
Additionally, the Project Coordinator will be expected to maintain and / or develop a suite of reporting metrics and maintaining project plans.
The position will require interaction with various investment professionals, technologists, legal & tax experts as well as superior time-management skills while adopting lean / agile methodologies.

Role-Specific Accountabilities :
- Maintain and / or enhance a suite of reporting for senior management & key stakeholders that drives analysis & decision-making related to the team’s activities.
- Maintain and / or develop project plans & kanban boards as well as ensuring all related tasks / issues are documented & assigned for resolution, where needed.
- Scheduling, leading, and documenting the team’s daily scrums as well as the scheduling of various meetings related to the delivery of each initiative.
- Assist in drafting initiative requirements, test scripts, and implementation summaries.
Qualifications
If you possess the following, we’d like to hear from you :
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role
- Experience with any of the following tools : Jira, Confluence, Tableau, MS Co-Pilot, PowerPoint
- Completed or working towards any of the following : CFA, PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum Master
- Progressive career develop & demonstratable investment product understanding and / or experience with product delivery / project coordination, preferably with a focus on global markets & related asset classes.
- Demonstratable experience with identifying value-add / process efficiency opportunities and participation in implementation of same
- Proven ability to structure communications, both written & verbal, to raise and resolve issues across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, agile, and the ability to approach a constantly changing business needs through innovation and creativity.
