Position Title : Operations Officer III

Pay Rate : $ 22.50 per hour

Start Date : November 4, 2024

Contract Duration : End of May 2025

Extension possible : yes

Conversion Possible : yes

Schedule : Monday to Friday, rotational 8am to 4pm OR 10am to 6pm

Work Type : Hybrid- 3 days onsite, any days (currently)

Location : Edmonton, AB,

Interviews : 1 round interviews

Training : 2 to 3 months

Training Schedule : 100% onsite, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Parking : Paid parking available downtown

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES :

When a deal is presented to them, ensure all steps have been taken

Activate the file through the systems

Process payments

Reach out to solicitor or branch partner for confirmation

Review documents that come in for accuracy

MUST HAVE : MS office

MS office

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Customer service / relationship management skills

Strong communication skills

Meeting SLA

Data entry

NICE TO HAVE :

Banking / Accounting experience

Real estate / Law experience would be great

EDUCATION : Undergrad or college diploma (nice to have) or relevant experience (1 to 3).

Provide a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions and / or other processing activities for own Operations function.

Job Details

Customer :

  • Execute more complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines / procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs)
  • Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue, connecting with the appropriate function / partner to facilitate resolution and ensure that service quality is maintained
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers, root or systemic causes of cross functional operational issues, interpret findings and make recommendations
  • Support partners with both inbound and outbound requests from various channels, answering questions to perform adjustments within authority levels
