Job Title : Greeter and Executive Assistant
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated, versatile professional to serve as our Greeter and Executive Assistant.
This dynamic role combines creating an exceptional patient experience for clientele at a high-end dental clinic, with providing comprehensive support to the clinic's owner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Location : Downtown Vancouver - Transcend Specialized Dentistry
Position Type : Full-time
Hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM (No evenings or weekends, unless requested)
Salary Range : $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and list of responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
1. Patient Experience and Clinic Management
- Warmly welcome patients and provide a 5-star hospitality experience
- Manage clinic aesthetics, ambiance, and overall cleanliness
2. Executive Assistance
- Email management
- Act as a liaison between Dr. Edher and other professionals or organizations
- Manage Dr. Edher's personal and professional calendar
- Conduct research and provide concise reports as requested
3. Administrative Support
- Coordinate and schedule all team meetings
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Occasional support in answering phones
4. Content Creation for Social Media
- Capture photos and record videos as requested for social media use
- Editing photos and videos
- Provide weekly deliverables of content to our social media team
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or executive assistance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media
- Experience with basic photo / video editing software
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
