About The Opportunity
Working as an integral part of the Ts’ixwts’ixwnítway Member Services Department, this position reports directly Membership Manager.
The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the Membership Manager, and the Electoral Commission by providing comprehensive administrative and organizational assistance.
This position is responsible for managing the department’s budget, coordinating training sessions, organizing and attending Electoral Commission meetings, and handling meeting logistics such as minute-taking, scheduling, and communication with participants.
The role also includes active participation in electoral referendums, providing support for election logistics, and serving as a key advisor for communications and engagement with relevant Squamish Nation projects, departments, and the community.
The Administrative Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of these processes while fostering transparent communication and collaboration across the organization.

Salary : $ 52,522 - $ 58,231 annually, plus a comprehensive benefit program.
