We are currently looking for an exceptional Organic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for Marketing and have always wanted to pursue a career in this field, this opportunity will be incredibly fulfilling.

In this role you will work with all internal partners including Creative, Marketing, Instore, E-comm, IT, and all cross functional partners / stakeholders to effectively assist in omni-channel marketing campaigns for the Skin Vitality Medical Clinic.

You will also partner with creative operations, production, development and all business teams to ensure project success across Skin Vitality’s text and email journey correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for leading Marketing Cloud Email and Text Correspondence updates
• Lead meetings, review deliverables with business stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure their feedback is actioned on a timely basis
• Provide clarity on project milestones and tracking and hold all project stakeholders accountable for inputs, outputs, approvals, etc.
• Manage the overall process from the initial request for a project to its final delivery
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the process
• Create and maintain process documentation with respect to existing workflows
• Communicate any process changes, tool updates, training, and timing, as required. Update all relevant omni channel campaign documentation.
• Lead marketing cross-functional project review meetings and business reviews
• Create, maintain, distribute process documentation for successful omni campaigns
• Responsible for creating new processes, managing various business teams to oversee Creative Brief executions, communicate resource / budget needs, coordinate training, as well as operational processes
• Responsible for weekly Organic Marketing Reports
• Responsible for all updates, process refinement, communication and alignment across business teams

Requirements

• MUST HAVE : At least 2 years of Content Builder experience in Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge and Experience in Marketing Field
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a requirement
• Experience in Photoshop and / or Digital Design is an asset, not a requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
• Past work experience in social media, marketing, administration or similar role
• Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail in following timelines and checklists
• Proficiency in Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
• Experience in various communications channels (interactive, video, traditional, paid media)
