Tasks
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and events teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and provide updates on service delivery timelines and any potential changes.
- Assist customers in navigating the company website, providing guidance on service offerings and helping them with order placements or modifications.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related role within the events services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Strong sense of urgency
