Salary Range : $38,950 - $44,650 per year
Customer Service Representative Overview : As a Customer Service Representative at Seronda Networks, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
