About the Role
Levio is looking for a Proposal Writer with 5-8 years of experience to lead our end-to-end proposal process for Government of Canada bids. This role will manage our bid development and submission process.

Role and Responsibilities
End-to-end management of bids and our Federal Government bid process, including competitive and non-competitive proposal materialParticipating in defining the bid strategy and contributing to bid / no-bid processProject managing bids, including defining tasks and timelines for team members and ensuring proposal timelines are metProviding guidance, draft content, and oversight to bid response team members and resourcesManaging, writing, and conducting QA on proposalsFacilitating collaboration across team members to ensure high quality and compliant bid responsesContinuous improvement of our proposal processMonitoring RFP release and various RFP websites to identify opportunitiesMaintaining internal bid measurement and reportingMonitoring and maintaining contract vehicle refreshes and adding new categoriesQualifications and Experience
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience with proposal and bid activities for the Canadian Federal GovernmentPost-secondary degree or diploma in technical writing, communications, business, or related fieldAttention to detail and a relentless pursuit for qualityVery strong written communication skills in EnglishAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple proposal projects with short timeframesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsProblem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skillsExperience project managing horizontal teams through the bid development processProficiency in MS Word and ExcelProficiency with AI tools to augment your workAssets / Nice to have
You have experience and knowledge of the public sector (i.e., organizations, policies, programs, processes) and have GC security clearance a strong assetWorking effectively in both English and French is a strong assetThe salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be determined according to the specific circumstances of each candidate.
Estimated salary range : $80,000 to $94,000 per year.
