Job Summary

ThisCompany is currently seeking an experienced Business OriginationSpecialist to join their New Business Development Organizationwhich focuses on merger & acquisition joint venture partnershipand divestiture transactions.

As a key member of This Companys NewBusiness Development Origination Group this role involves bringingmarket insights across various sectors to uncover businessopportunities that primarily lead to transactions such asacquisitions divestments and joint ventures on a globalscale.

Moreover the position demands strongproject management capabilities and experience leading largecrossfunctional teams. Effective communication and presentationskills especially with senior management are essential for successin this role.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Generate new business ideas and assess theirfeasibility.
• Articulate rationale for pursuingidentified opportunities considering alignment with businessstrategy market trends business impact and riskmitigation.
• Engage with internal and externalentities to stay informed of current and emerging businesstrends.
• Lead and conduct desktop marketresearch.
• Develop business plans and financialmodels and review financial models prepared by others.
• Produce thought leadership reports describing strategiesfinancial and operational performance of companies industries andsectors.
• Manage crossfunctional teams todevelop business plans for new opportunities.
• Continuously review and enhance the business originationprocess with best practices.
• Mentor and coachjunior staff members in skill development and the businessorigination process.

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• A BSdegree in Engineering Business Administration Finance EconomicsAccounting Banking or equivalent with an MBA or its equivalent;

anda professional certification such as Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification.

• Minimum of10 years of relevant experience across multiple industries; if noMBA or professional certification then 15 years of relevantexperience is required.
• Broad industryexperience including oil and gas broader energy industry technologyprofessional services real estate and infrastructure.
• Expertise in conducting commercial and economicfeasibility studies.
• Knowledge of venturingactivities such as commercialization spinoffs or joint venturing aswell as project development.
• Strong financebackground including financial valuations and modelingexperience.
• Background in strategy developmentor relevant strategic experience.
• Experiencein developing deal strategy and market positioning.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize data from varioussources into meaningful insights.
• Experiencewith market intelligence platforms analytics and reportgeneration.
• Excellent command of spoken andwritten English.
• Excellent writing skills toproduce reports for senior management.
• Excellent presentation skills with experience presentingto senior management.
• Track record oforiginating transactions that resulted in successfuldeals.
