Job Summary

We areseeking a Financial Analyst to join the Financial ConsultingDivision of the Group Finance & Consulting Department which ispart of the Group Finance & Development Support AdministrativeArea.

Our Financial Analysts are selected from our analyst pool andassigned to CFO / Controllership positions within the Companysbusiness lines subsidiaries affiliates global operations or megaprojects.

The ideal candidate will have strongfinancial and accounting skills including the ability to evaluateindustry and company information comprehend advanced accountingtopics (such as IFRS) and possess taxation knowledge.

They shouldbe selfsufficient possess good project management skills and workwell with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accounting entries for Affiliatesinvestments.
• Review board materials forAffiliates and provide commentary and analysis for boardmembers.
• Present advisory to senior managementregarding upcoming board meetings and other projects.
• Conduct financial analysis on Affiliates andprojects.
• Perform financial modeling andsupport business due diligence.
• Prepareaccounting entries for Affiliates investments.
• Manage the daytoday accounting function.
• Monitor internal financial controls and resolvedeficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with corporategovernance best practices.
• Monitor compliancewith Company policies and project documents.
• Collaborate with management on the preparation andpresentation of financial forecasts.
• Managethe planning and budgeting function.
• Overseecash management and financing activities.
• Provide support for joint venture and M&Aintegration.
• Brief the controllers financeorganization on operational matters new projects andinitiatives.
• Support management on complexaccounting and finance matters.
• Coordinateother internal finance support as needed for business initiativesand projects.
• Deliver presentations tomanagement as required.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Bachelors degree inAccounting or Finance. Advanced professional competencies andcertifications such as CPA CA or CFA are preferred.

An MBA orpostgraduate degree is desirable.

• 10 years ofrelevant experience which may include financial reportingaccounting research international taxation financial analysisfinancial modeling business development mergers & acquisitionscorporate governance internal controls financing & cashmanagement and consulting.
• Familiarity withInternational Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and SAP isdesirable.
• Industry experience in chemicalspower generation or oil & gas is preferred.
• Proficiency in oral and written English isrequired.
