Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity :

WSP is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our busy global digital offerings program. Digital is one of the fastest growing service areas across the AEC industry and plays a significant role in our strategic ambitions.

This role reports to the global marketing lead for digital offerings and supports the wider digital orchestration team. You will be instrumental in the successful tracking, planning, driving and measuring of our go-to-market activity.

Experience working in the engineering, professional services or enterprise technology sectors is helpful, but not necessary.

Successful applicants will demonstrate having an affinity for new technologies, a passion for marketing, and an intrapreneurial, problem-solving mindset.

What you can expect to do here :

• Update and maintain the team's documentation and databases of events, awards, content and campaigns
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Coordinate the distribution of internal and external newsletters and emails
• Coordinate with our market research team to support the collection and analysis of market trends and competitors
• Support marketing event and trade show planning and execution
• Provide administrative and project support to the global marketing lead and digital orchestration team

What you'll bring to WSP :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or relevant experience
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with marketing software (Canva, Monday, etc.)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Creative and analytical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
