The recruiter is responsible for the complete recruitment cycle : Coordinate and implement the external recruitment process and the selection of personnel in various sectors.
Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, our future colleague will be called upon to :
Advertise and distribute postings on various platforms
Find talent
Pre-screen through telephone interviews
Coordinate pre-employment checks and exams
Carry out the welcome and integration of new employees
Search for potential candidates on various platforms
Approach and maintain a relationship with candidates on the platforms
Perform pre-employment checks and employment contracts
Profile
Training : DEC, AEC, BAC, Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent training
Knowledge or experience in recruitment
Computer skills : Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
What we offer you
A 100% telework position
Flexible schedule, work according to your schedule from Monday to Sunday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m.
Earn between 20K to 40K in commission, from the first year and more than 50K in commission in the second year
Possibility of having an additional base salary of a bonus, depending on performance
