Legal Recruitment Specialist (Lawyer)

YOUR ROLE :
- Be closely involved in recruitment files with the talent search team;
- Establish strategies for finding and attracting talent from the legal community in conjunction with the talent search advisors;
- Identify contacts for clients (litigation, law firms, organizations, etc.);
- Communicate with candidates and understand their needs;
- Accompany candidates towards new opportunities;
- Carry out searches in our database and on the various application platforms;
- Participate in the creation of marketing content and talent attraction;
- Maintain positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Member of the Quebec Bar;
- Knowledge of the legal environment;
- Knowledge of the business scene (an asset);
- Experience in human resources, staffing, recruitment, sales (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and oral, and knowledge of English;
- Comfortable with technological tools and the use of software;
- Dynamism, efficiency, collaborative approach and team spirit.
