Our client, a financial institution, is seeking to add a Bilingual Recruitment Assistant to join their team remotely for a 6 month contract. This role is 3 days in office in Montreal.
Responsibilities Include :
- Collaborate with management to proactively identify talent for key skill areas and establish a talent pipeline for our Contact Center.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including both passive and active candidates.
- Provide guidance to managers on the recruitment process, interview methods, and selection criteria.
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends in the investment sector by fostering and enriching a network of industry contacts, engaging in industry events, and joining professional associations.
Must Have Qualifications :
Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with internal and external English-speaking clients or employees outside Quebec.Ideal candidates for this role will have 1-2 years of recruitment experience.Familiarity with utilizing alternative sourcing techniques, particularly leveraging social media platforms and networking tools.
