Your Responsibilities
As a recruitment partner, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z for both temporary and permanent positions.
You will source, screen, and place candidates for a wide variety of roles while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
This position is fully remote, offering total flexibility and autonomy. Your earnings will be entirely based on your successful performance, offering a great opportunity for motivated recruiters to maximize their income.

Our Requirements
Proven recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing agency or as an independent recruiter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal clients and candidates.
Self-driven, results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage your schedule. Proficiency with recruitment tools such as job boards and social media platforms.
Experience in various sectors, such as manufacturing, aerospace and defense, or energy, is a plus.
