Vous avez une passion pour les gens, vous tes fiable et discret ? Vous tes titulaire d'un diplme en ressources humaines ? Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) RH enthousiaste et soucieux(se) du dtail pour rejoindre notre quipe dynamique. Il s'agit d'un excellent poste de dbutant pour une personne qui souhaite lancer sa carrire dans le domaine des ressources humaines dans un environnement collaboratif et positif. Vous acquerrez une exprience pratique dans un large ventail de fonctions RH - du recrutement et de l'intgration la gestion des donnes et au soutien aux employs - tout en contribuant une culture axe sur les personnes, o votre dveloppement est notre priorit.
En tant que soutien essentiel au dpartement des ressources humaines et de la paie, l'assistant(e) en ressources humaines participera au recrutement, la gestion des donnes des employs, aux mises jour du SIRH / SGA, la saisie des donnes pour la paie, aux tches administratives gnrales et aux autres projets.
Principales responsabilits :
Soutien administratif :
- Fournir un soutien administratif l'quipe RH dans tous les domaines du cycle de vie du salari.
- Rpondre aux demandes des employs ou les rediriger vers le membre de l'quipe appropri.
- Participer des projets RH en fonction des besoins (par exemple, enqutes d'engagement, valuations annuelles des performances, amlioration des processus, audits, sant et scurit).
