Position Overview :

We are seeking a Medical Coordinator with a strong research background, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to bridge academic research with cutting-edge AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will work closely with prestigious institutions such as Harvard, UCLA, and other top medical universities.

This role is critical in collaborating with researchers, physicians, and medical imaging experts to drive the development and validation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research Collaboration : Work with medical imaging researchers and physicians from renowned institutions on projects related to AI-driven medical imaging and prostate cancer care.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain thorough documentation of research activities, project developments, and collaborations, ensuring that all data and findings are accurately recorded and shared with stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Outreach : Engage with universities and research communities to identify and recruit talent for collaborative projects, ensuring strong academic and medical partnerships.
  • Paper Collaboration : Assist in the drafting, editing, and review of research papers, reports, and publications, ensuring alignment with Nucs AI’s innovations and goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate effective communication between researchers, doctors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on research objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related areas).
  • Experience in medical research, particularly in imaging, oncology, or AI applications in healthcare.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with universities, research institutions, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate research records.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred :

  • Experience with academic publishing and the research paper submission process.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in healthcare is an advantage.
