Job Summary

We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineerspecialized in coating and welding. In this role you will have theopportunity to work handson with a variety of rotating andstationary equipment contributing significantly to our advancedenergy companys operations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert technical support in coatingand welding including testing and issuing related technicalreports.
• Offer technical consultations toShops Operating Repair Units and Contractor Shops.
• Support field installation maintenance and repair ofrotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot repair andmodify existing equipment focusing on cost reductions and processimprovements.
• Prepare design engineeringpackages for rotating equipment.
• Conducttechnical investigations for shop repair return jobs identifyingroot causes and corrective actions.
• Introduceand apply the latest technology in coating and weldingmethodologies.
• Develop and revise thedepartments technical procedures and standards.
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior engineers qualityinspectors and technicians.
• Provide technicalinput for purchasing specifications and evaluate technicalproposals.
• Collaborate with departmentengineers Consulting Services Department (CSD) other companydepartments and manufacturers.
• Coordinate withInHouse Repair Units Quality Assurance units InKingdom Contractorsand vendors for shop repair work scopes.
• Participate in vendor and customer exchangemeetings.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Bachelors Degree inWelding Engineering.
• At least 15 years ofhandson experience in thermal coating and welding.
• Proven experience in thermal coating laser cladding andwelding.
• Experience with rotating equipment inan original equipment manufacturing facility or a certifiedrepairing facility.
• Welding certification fromAWS or an equivalent organization.
• ExcellentEnglish reading and writing skills.
