Introduction

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager who is energetic, driven, and excited about solving client challenges in domestic design, engineering, and manufacturing with a customer service mindset to join our client’s team.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets : Develop and execute sales plans, track metrics, analyze performance, and report to management.
  • Manage and Grow Accounts : Build strong relationships, provide ongoing support, identify upsell opportunities, and manage D2C sales processes.
  • Technical Support : Understand customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with product & engineering teams.
  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with marketing on sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, participate in training, and enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Travel for work (approximately 25%) is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in technical sales B2B within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of thermoplastics or similar materials is an asset.
  • Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel for events and meetings.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and a creative, innovative mindset.
