Convert trial visitors into committed long-term members. Assist with scheduling team performance tracking and motivating staff. Take ownership of operations stepping in wherever needed from front desk to admin to studio floor. Foster a welcoming inclusive and high-energy environment. Youre a natural connector with a genuine interest in people. You value trust empathy and care in every client interaction. Youre highly organized proactive and thrive under pressure. You bring energy leadership and positivity to your team. You love wellness and are eager to learn industry experience is a plus but not required.
