Job descriptionConduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive insights Utilize datadriven insights to refine and improve marketing efforts and track key performance metrics Lead and manage the analysis of marketing data to measure ROI and continuously optimize marketing programs Oversee brand development and positioning ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints Lead the creation of compelling content that engages target audiences and builds brand authority Foster collaboration with product sales and customer success teams to create unified messaging Drive digital marketing initiatives including corporate website SEO SEM email marketing social media and paid advertising campaigns Stay on top of emerging market technologies platforms and trends ensuring the company remains at the cutting edge of digital marketing Lead inspire and develop a highperforming marketing team Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the organization including sales product and leadership teams Establish clear goals KPIs and performance metrics to measure team success Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact Monitor and report on campaign performance providing strategic recommendations based on outcomes Build and maintain relationships with external partners agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives Represent the brand at industry events conferences and meetings Extended healthcare benefits available after probation.
