About the role

This role will give you the chance to :
Recommend process improvements to optimize and automate our financial operations.
Use one of the most powerful financial tools in the industry : Oracle Fusion .
Ensure that our policies are respected and followed, with sights on improving internal controls.
Work with a competent and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do here :
Validate and issue payments to suppliers.
Cross-check changes to supplier banking information.
Ensure tax compliance .
Prepare various accounts payable reports .
Analyze supplier discounts, identify trends and actions to be taken.
Accurately process and enter more complex supplier invoices.
Follow up on discrepancies between invoices, reception and purchase orders. Communicate with internal or external parties to raise irregularities .
Perform controls and take corrective action.
Dispatch and follow up on incoming e-mail requests.
Respond to customers / users in a timely manner .
What you bring to the table :
College diploma in accounting. Any combination of relevant education and experience could be considered.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in financial operations.
Energy, passion and positive attitude.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Bilinguisme (French and English),
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset.
No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
