In this role, you’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, producers, account managers, and clients to concept, write, and produce digital marketing content.
The right candidate has experience working on a range of creative assignments including paid media campaigns, social videos, search ads, presentations, and more.
We’re looking for someone who is skilled at reaching both B2B and B2C audiences and who can work with equal enthusiasm on their own and as part of a team.
Someone who’s adept at collaborating with art directors and other creatives, ready to dive into a fast-paced environment, and will help us maintain a work environment that encourages expression, inclusivity, and top-notch creative ideas.
What you’ll do :
- Partner with art directors and across disciplines to produce high-quality integrated communications across multiple digital platforms from concept to execution.
- Develop concepts and scripts for a variety of assets, including paid campaigns, new business pitches, web and product copy, email, social, presentations, messaging guidelines, and anything else you can dream up (that fits the brief).
- Dive into a range of deliverables across products, verticals, and channels and nail the challenge of shifting copy tones to match the audience.
- Help lead the copy conversation with clients; proactively respond to feedback in person and in writing; follow up with creative and account teams throughout the process.
- Take creative direction from leads on various projects.
- Maintain consistent creative quality in deliverables.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently and manage varying deadlines.
- Collaborate remotely across disciplines and timezones.
- Embrace the world of A.I. innovation with curiosity and rigor.
- Become a standard-bearer of technical product knowledge and accuracy assurance.
- Be a champion for our culture and values.
Who we’re looking for :
- Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience in an agency environment or equivalent.
- A stellar portfolio that shows creative writing range, concepting chops, and a clear POV.
- Ability to present work with confidence, enthusiasm, and solid rationale. You’re poised, polished, and articulate. You never get rattled or defensive.
Instead, you listen and consider.
- Independence in solving creative problems as well as partnering with teammates and clients to bring new ideas to life.
- Ability to work efficiently and through multiple iterations while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to roll with the punches of changing timelines and shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
- Experience collaborating across the Google Suite, and the drive to pick up new tools and techniques as needed.
- Demonstrable motivation to move projects forward, use downtime to grow, or pitch in to help teammates. You are constructive, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work;
moodiness and deflection are not your style.
