We are a recruitment companybased in Colombo Sri Lanka. Our client is a Multinationalmanufacturing company in Katunayake.

Below isw is the summery ofthe Job Description.

As theHR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects ofhuman resources management within the company. You will workclosely with senior management to develop and implement HRstrategies that align with the company's objectives andfoster employee engagement development and retention.

Your dutieswill include but are not limited to :

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures incompliance with legal requirements and industry bestpractices.
  • Managing recruitment and onboardingprocesses including sourcing candidates conducting interviews andfacilitating orientation programs.
  • Providingguidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated issuesincluding performance management employee relations and conflictresolution.
  • Administering employee benefitsprograms and ensuring compliance with relevantregulations.
  • Overseeing training anddevelopment initiatives to enhance employee skills andcompetencies.
  • Managing HR records and dataincluding payroll attendance and employee informationsystems.
  • Leading initiatives to promotediversity equity and inclusion within the organization.
  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary proceduresin a fair and timely manner.
  • Keeping abreastof developments in HR regulations and best practices andrecommending adjustments to company policies and procedures asneeded.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human ResourcesManagement Business Administration or a related field(Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6years of experience in HR management roles preferably in themanufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HRprinciples practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to build rapport and trust at all levels of theorganization.
  • Proven leadership anddecisionmaking abilities.
  • Exceptionalorganizational and timemanagement skills with the ability toprioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
