What you'll do :
Build the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our highest priority products by working with senior collaborators to understand business needs, and conducting user research and testing to understand customer needs.
Lead a product team of engineers, designers and testers to deliver improvements and new features that deliver value to our customers and our business.
Develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of product features, with accountability for the long term success and performance of your product
Provide mentorship and apprenticeship to our Associate Product Managers

Sophisticated collaborator management and communication, with ability to influence at all levels
Strong coach and mentor of junior product colleagues
Excellent toolkit for user research and testing, and market and competitive analysis
Proven track record of leading high-impact, complex products
Demonstrated, consistent success in delivering measurable business impact
Experience influencing decisions and strategies of senior executives
What you’ll get :
The salary band for this position ranges from $87,400 to $162,400. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
