Job description

The Avenue Realty team is looking for its next operations team member. This person will work alongside the leaders of the Avenue Realty Team as their right hand and support. The right candidate will be assertive, organized, detailed, ambitious, confident, goal-driven, and results-oriented. A love for problem-solving and "thinking outside of the box" is a must!

This is a full-time, on-site position in Richmond Hill. The ideal candidate has reliable transportation and is willing to work flexible hours to properly assist the production of The Avenue Realty team.


Compensation:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 salary
  • Health benefits

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, shifting priorities, and daily operations with precision
  • Act as the first point of contact by managing calls, emails, and requests while ensuring prompt follow-up
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, capturing notes, and tracking next steps
  • Lead and manage key projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Provide transaction support, including contracts, listing agreements, buyer agency forms, and related documentation
  • Execute social media and marketing initiatives to promote listings, the team, and the business brand
  • Maintain confidential files, reports, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve office systems, workflows, and overall productivity
  • Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives that drive business growth

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate operations (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, REALM, and DocuSign (preferred but not required)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, you see what needs to be done and take action
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Social media and marketing experience (a plus, but not required)
  • A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with different personalities
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
