Automation Designer Quebec City, QC
From our Quebec office, you will be required to work on varied and stimulating projects , in a relaxed setting where everyone can flourish and develop their skills.
As an Automation Designer , you will be an integral part of a young and dynamic company and will work collaboratively with teams multidisciplinary teams on various projects in the food, pharmaceutical and industrial fields.
Responsibilities :
The chosen candidate will be responsible for supporting our existing team in the design and drawing of control panels, drafting quotes and providing commissioning support.
- Design and draw industrial control panels;
- Calculate power circuits for power and control panels;
- Know the Canadian electrical code (Quebec);
- Drafting technical specifications for the production of control panels;
- Knowledge of programming PLCs and operator interfaces is an asset;
- Technical support during commissioning;
- Participation in the execution of pharmaceutical validation tests (FAT);
Requirements :
- College diploma in Industrial Electronics;
- Have already drawn the diagrams used in Automation : Power supplies, Speed variators, PLC, pneumatics, industrial networks, Material lists, panel Layouts , etc
- Using Autocad is a requirement, AutoCAD Electrical,
- Previous internships in the field of pharmaceutical or food consulting engineering,
or for an automated systems integrator,
or for a control panel manufacturer;
