Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will lead the design, configuration and support of HRIS (Workday) and processes, in efforts to achieve the mandate of ease of use for the end-users and enhanced reporting dashboards for managers and administrators.

The scope includes integrations, payroll, benefit, recruiting, time tracking, absence and reporting. You will be hands-on in system maintenance and enhancement and in provide technical leadership through mentoring to your team.

Location : You will be based in our Toronto, ON office and will work in a hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Manager, HR Technology.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

Support the ongoing implementation of all Workday integrations and act as a Super User of the system.

Work with others to ensure the system is implemented and configured to support business rules and processes.

Manage the development of technical solutions to enhance Workday functionality.

Perform testing of new configured solutions and deploy new solutions to production.

Resolve technical and application problems.

Oversee the integrity of HRIS data to support HR end-user daily operations, processing and reporting.

Prepare the monthly, quarterly, annual HR reporting deliverables including creation and monthly preparation of the new HR dashboard.

Design and implement data integrity checks and trains users on the importance of accuracy.

Recommend and implement business process improvements having an HRIS component and may serve on multi-discipline teams to implement business process changes.

Help design and deliver training programs for all employees in the use of the HRIS.

Develop customized reports and statistical analysis of workforce data for HR leadership team.

Partner with internal IT staff on more complex or recurring requests to determine appropriate course of action.

Manage vendor relationship and act as the main Moneris Solutions contact for vendor, including facilitation of regular vendor management support calls, involvement with contract modifications and renewals, and being the point person / liaison for resolving escalated issues.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching to guide them to develop scalable and sound solutions.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field of study that may include Business and Human Resources.

Minimum 4 years progressive experience in HR Information Systems and technology offerings in ATS, LMS, HRIS, Data Analytics, including Workday Subject Matter Expert with hands-on system ownership and integrations .

Project management experience delivering on and completing objectives on time and within budget.

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal).

Excellent business writing skills.

Demonstrated collaboration to deliver HR Technology projects to successful completion.

Align with and contribute to agreed-to HR and business objectives.

Nice-to-have...

Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.

Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset.

Bilingualism is an asset.

Experienced in project management and change management preferred.
