Building Cleaner Van Route Position

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require.

ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touch points
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Drivers License and clean drivers abstract. Mandatory
• Communicate in English both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
• Be able to pass a criminal record check
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

WORKING CONDITIONS

Staff meet their partner here at our office / warehouse, take one of our vehicles and any necessary supplies and equipment and move from one worksite to another completing the assigned cleaning tasks.

WORKING HOURS

This position's hours are Saturday and Sunday
