Currently, we are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Growth department in order to grow Floship’s relationship with strategic partners around the eCommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing partners.
  • Strategically identify and build a pipeline of qualified partners within the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Develop joint value justification, collaboration models, business cases with partners.
  • Grow the partnership referral model. Research for innovative tools on the market to streamline these activities.
  • Collaborate globally with our sales, marketing, account teams, tech, operations to ensure a consistent message to the partner.

Requirements :

  • Someone who gets things done, with a proactive approach to solving problems and building processes.
  • Is able to learn fast about the eCommerce logistics environment in a way to rapidly think strategically around what will drive growth for the company over the next years.
  • Who loves working in an international environment and collaborating with other departments.
  • Has an analytical mind, allowing him / her to take data-driven decisions, then reported to the Head of Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of business development experience closing and managing partnerships in the eCommerce, logistics, or tech space.
