This role involves training clients on the use of production photocopiers and assisting in the creation of print-ready files.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Train clients on the operation and maintenance of production photocopiers and related equipment.
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of print files to ensure high-quality output.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for print-related issues and workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their print needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely project completion.

  • Qualifications :
