Commercial Project Manager - New Build

You will oversee project planning scheduling budgetingimplementation estimating & clientmanagement.

You will be theface of our projects and our brand as you educate and chair clientprogressmeetings.

Oversee allaspects of the construction projects from planning toimplementation

Allocateresources for assignedprojects

Supervise onsitepersonnel andsubcontractors

Interface withproject inspectors contractors architects engineers city and countyofficials andclients

Tender &Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable ordercosts

Maintain highstandards of workmanship that adhere to original plans andspecifications

Putting togetherquantity takeoffs and costing with owner to select the best costeffective material.

Valueengineering to provide as much value to Sr. Management aspossible

Requirements

WhatWed Like toSee :

10 years ofprevious experience in commercialconstruction.

Youre familiarwith managing projects scope of at least $25M in constructioncosts.

You work speaksfor itself and you have raving reviews from previousclients.

You thrive ontaking on new challenges and jump at the opportunity to learn newareas of thebusiness.

You bringsuperior communication and negotiationskills.

You are ready totake on leading a team or you have past colleagues calling you foradvice and yourexpertise.

You have a keenattention to contract details and schedules that you can easilyspot errors

You love takingownership of your projects and feeling the sense of accomplishmentonce youve completedit.

Your trackingand reporting skills are updated and organized in an effectivemanner to be able to successfully track multipleprojects.

You havesuperior knowledge of the Ontario building code especially part 3&9.

You areintimately familiar with Tarion guidelines condo registration andstructural buildingenvelope.
