Responsibilities
If you are currently a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing custom commercial projects in hospitality, office, retail interior / base building , industrial and if you would like to work for a stable company in a position that will provide you with autonomy, unique projects and long term growth, then this is the job for you.
You need to be confident and knowledgeable about commercial construction projects. You should have a strong technical background and enjoy mentoring and collaborating with project coordinators and site staff. Your communication skills need to be strong and you should be easily able to liaise with customers, consultants and all project stakeholders in a way that builds strong, lasting relationships. You should enjoy working autonomously and managing the construction of highly detailed commercial projects according to your client’s vision.
