What You’ll Do SOTI’s Campus Recruitment Team is expanding, we are seeking a Campus Recruiters to attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges within Ontario Canada.

In this role, you will assist in executing SOTI’s campus recruiting strategy to increase our brand awareness to tomorrow’s workforce and be accountable for your portfolio’s internship & co-op hiring program from recruitment through to offer.

In addition, you will also act as an advisor to internal business partners, responsible for understanding and assisting those groups in attracting and building a Campus talent pipeline.

The Campus Recruitment Team is responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-touch relationships with targeted colleges / universities, managing on-campus & student recruitment activities and events globally, and elevating our brand to help us find the best student talent to support our growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the future of SOTI. This role reports into the Manager of Talent Partner, Americas, and we are currently hiring for this recruiter to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

Build and cultivate long-term relationships with key universities & colleges and community partners to develop our university pipeline.

Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to our internship and co-op programs.

Facilitate the conversion of high performing interns into full time SOTI employees upon graduation. Help to design and execute university recruiting strategies to find creative ways to attract top talent (career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, office tours, etc.

Partner with the Manager of Talent Partners, and talent team to determine the hiring goals at the university and graduate level.

Create a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional customer service in all candidate interactions. Work on ad-hoc projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Experience You’ll Bring A drive and passion for delivering an outstanding recruitment experience, ideally with some experience supporting Campus hiring initiatives, 3+ years’ experience ideal but not mandatory.

Confident in building relationships and creating networks, you are a strong, clear, and concise verbal & written communicator.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that can change quickly, you are adaptable, organized and can manage multiple projects.

Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency and client service; you are a creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

A self-starter with a high degree of initiative always thinking about what else you can do. You MUST be a team player. You are committed to finding and recruiting the best talent.
