We're looking for a Revenue Accountant to assist with process rental billing for multiple commercial property tenants! This role handles a variety of revenue accounting functions, including lease analysis, revenue analysis, tenant accounts receivable reviews, and also processes year end billings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain floor, unit and lease and detailed square footage inventory on automated property management systems (CTI-Commercial, Yardi-Residential)
Detailed review of new lease and lease renewal information and entry of information into property management systems
Review property rent roll to process monthly rental billings to tenants
Process tenant miscellaneous billings and rental adjustments as required
Maintain retail tenants' percentage rent information on a monthly basis
Other duties as assigned including preparation of variance reports

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience ideally in real estate property accounting

Post-secondary college degree in accounting program.

Current enrolment in a professional accounting program (CPA) is nice to have

This position requires property accounting / administration experience

Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and property management accounting systems

The incumbent must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
