Our client is looking for a highly organized and passionate Program Coordinator to join their team in Maple Ridge, BC. If you have a love for animals and enjoy working in a supportive environment dedicated to animal health and welfare, this opportunity is for you. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of various programs that serve over 850 members across British Columbia. This is a full-time, permanent in-office position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and support the planning and logistics of continuing educational seminars and conferences.
- Assist in securing speakers and sponsors for events.
- Attend events to greet speakers, register attendees, and ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage schedules and handle all administrative tasks for the program, using tools such as Google Docs, MS Office Suite, Eventbrite, Constant Contact, Slack, and Monday.com.
- Maintain and update the database using Constant Contact, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Create and design documents using Canva for various events and communications.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Adapt to changes and unexpected interruptions while maintaining productivity.
- Flexibility to attend conferences, with compensation provided for travel and accommodations.
