About the Position :

We are seeking a talented Permanent Full-time "Customer Service Representative" who possesses a strong commitment to work and who thrives in a busy, challenging, team-oriented environment. No Outbound or Cold Calling to Customers

All Inbound Calls only! Quality Customer Service Driven and not Sales Driven

Position is Full-Time 40 Hours and 5 days a week.

Normal Office hours of 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
  • Look up part and model numbers for applicable Appliances
  • Place Customer orders in computer system
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate Employee or Branch
  • Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues using the computer system

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Strong command of English with pleasant and professional phone mannerisms
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Team player
  • Appliance parts knowledge would be an asset
  • Expected start date : ASAP
