Are you a ticketed maintenance professional with a background in the Food, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Pharmaceutical industry?
Do you have 3+ years of leadership experience in a unionized environment, managing plant operations and maintenance?
Are you comfortable working in a 24 / 7, fast-paced environment with unionized teams, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring safety protocols?

If so, I’d like to hear from you! My client in the food production industry is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing day-to-day plant operations.
This role involves hands-on team management, close collaboration across departments, and on-call availability to maintain smooth operations.
Permanent Full-time Position
Hours : Monday-Friday daytime hours, rotating on-call schedule
Environment : Unionized
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 per year (range based on experience and certification)
