Road Service Writer Job Description
At Bobcat of the Tri Cities we pride ourselves on building long lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring we provide a top notch experience from start to finish. As part of Road Service Manager role it will be your job to ensure we provide top notch service from start to finish of every service transaction. It will be important to have a proactive approach on quoting, follow up, customer communication and billing.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Handling incoming calls for service and getting all customer information
- Clear communication to customer on repairs and what is needed
- Providing repair estimates, and getting approvals to complete service / repairs
- Completing repair write ups, review of work order accuracy and customer billing
- Reaching out to customers whos machine are due for service to schedule appointments
- Working with technicians to schedule repairs and follow up
- Providing customers with updates on repairs and when machines are complete
- Processing & submitting warranty repairs to OEM
Required Skills
