Our team is growing, and Marcon Metalfab (www.marconmetal.com) is hiring a CWB Certified Welder to join our dynamic team based in Delta’s Tilbury Park.

Position Details:

Shift: Night Shift.
Days: Monday to Thursday.
Hours: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM (10 Hours).
Pay: $30 - $40 (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Set up components for welding according to specifications.
Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.
Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.
Utilize angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
Welding proficiency in all positions; TIG is an asset.
Experience with aluminum, stainless, is an asset.
Clear communication skills in English.
