Martell Group is hiring a full‑time Long‑Form YouTube Editor to join our fast‑paced media team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will turn raw footage and scripts into YouTube videos that hold attention from the first second to the last, with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build a clear story from hours of footage, land a strong hook, and keep viewers watching, while protecting the context that makes a video worth watching. We are looking for a creative storyteller who can turn ideas into impactful long‑form content.
