You take pride in practical work that helps keep operations running smoothly. This role includes responsibilities such as merchandise handling, inventory control, and ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall organization of the workspace. We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high standards of efficiency, order, and customer service within a supportive team environment. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS : MERCHANDISEShip and receive merchandise, including loading / unloading trucks and containersPrepare orders and follow up on pending or back-ordered itemsOccasionally deliver or pick up merchandise as neededHandle shipping documentationINVENTORYOrganize and manage stock, equipment, and small partsMaintain inventory records (stock room and tool room)Conduct semi-annual and annual inventory countsEnsure optimal inventory placementUse ERP or inventory software to track stock and support daily operationsMAINTENANCEEnsure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organizationPerform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and infrastructureOccasionally perform manual tasks (e.g., cutting filters, assembling parts, refurbishing used equipment)QUALIFICATIONS : Core Skills and AttributesExcellent sense of organization and prioritizationProactive, with the ability to take initiativeComfortable performing physical tasks related to warehouse operationsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work independentlyCapable of handling the physical demands of warehouse work (e.g., lifting, standing, etc.)Experience1-5 years of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, inventory)EducationMinimum : High School DiplomaWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
