Job description

Do you have experience in customer service or administration and are you looking for a job?

Do customer contact, administrative tasks and office work motivate you?

We have the perfect job for you to start quickly in Anjou or Saint-Leonard

Your responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position will include :

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and schedule appointments

Schedule meetings

Manage multiple projects

Manage contact lists

Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms

Assist in the preparation of regular reports

Write letters and emails on behalf of other office workers

Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, and more.

Cover reception as needed

Other related tasks

Advantages

Your advantages on this administrative assistant position :

  • Daytime and office hours from Monday to Friday (40h per week)
  • Salary between $45,000 and $50,000 depending on experience;
  • In Anjou or Saint-Leonard;

Responsibilities

Welcome and help visitors to the office

Receive, sort and distribute mail

Answer and forward phone calls

Manage staff appointments

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Arrange travel arrangements for senior executives

Write letters and emails on behalf of other office workers

Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, and more.

Qualifications

Versatile in tasks related to administration

Mastery of the Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint

Bilingual French / English written and spoken

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
