We are specifically looking for Volunteers to support our Bethany Residence program in Burlington! Volunteer activities include:

  • Friendly Visits Volunteer
  • Recreation Assistance Volunteer
  • Resident Appointment Volunteer
  • Meal Assistance Volunteer

*Group Setting and/or one on one with clients/residents

Qualifications/Skills/Expectations:

  • Teamwork; able to work with a variety of people
  • Good communication & listening skills
  • Empathy; understanding and warmth towards residents/clients
  • Understand the need for confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and friendly, enthusiastic manner
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Job Type: Casual/Volunteer (unpaid)
