Pré-production et contrôles de mi-journée et de santé Problèmes d’incident Provisionnement des nouveaux profils de démarrage et des utilisateurs de sortie de processus Gestion des incidents - maîtrise de line - résoudre le problème À l’aise avec la téléphonie IP, socialement avec Cisco - qui peut prendre en charge principalement les applications vocales Excel, Formule, etc. Une expérience de base en matière de rapports - Graph, Vlookup, pivot Solide compréhension du réseau - TCP / IP, voix, ports et protocoles réseau, adressage IP, etc. Compréhension du protocole SIP et de la téléphonie VoIP Des heures supplémentaires sont nécessaires pour ce poste - en général, ils utilisent semaine par mois (week-end) Si le candidat vient pour plus de heure, le trajet n’est pas l’idéal pour lui. Job description :
- Looking for IT support person with Voice Background / IP Telephony background
- Cisco Telephony, Voice recording platform experience
- Voice support experience
- Shift hours would be AM- PM
- years of experience in a st / nd Line IT Support Role
- They will be doing - providing tech support to end users - and all business unit
- Pre- production and mid day and health checks
- Incident problems
- provisioning new joiner start profiles and process exit users
- Incident management - proficient in line - troubleshoot the issue
- Comfortable with IP telephony , socially with Cisco - who can support mostly voice applications
- Excel, Formula etc
- Some basic reporting experience - Graph, Vlookup, pivot
- Strong understanding of network - TCP / IP, Voice,, network ports and protocols, IP addressing etc
- Understanding of SIP protocol and VoIP telephony
- Overtime is needed for this positions - in general they are utilizing week per month (weekend)
- If candidate is coming for more than hr commute is not the ideal for them,.
- This is a Level position - so if someone having more than years of experience is not going to work and thats shows the reflag for hiring manager
- SQL experience is plus but not mandate
- Cisco Voice gateways, Cisco Call Manager ,MS Teams, Cisco Video Servers : VCS and Expressway and Cisco Video endpoints - Candidate is going to work on these application daily
