Job Description
Duties in scope
- Level BAU support of Call manager, Unity Voicemail and Unified Call Center Express
- Active participation in the upgrade of the above-mentioned systems to version , incl. planning, upgrading and testing.
- Active participating in the planning for upgrading to version for the above systems
- Level troubleshooting of those systems
- Working with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
- Documenting and / or updating documentation of the above
- Cisco video server configuration / maintenance (VCS and Expressway)
- Not mandatory skills, but preferred would be experience with in configuration and operation / maintenance of Oracle Session Border Controller(SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB) Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
- Integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
- Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution
