Job Role : Cisco Voice Engineer (Hybrid)

Location : Montreal, QC

Hours : : am - : pm

Job Description :

This Cisco voice engineer will mostly work on voice project but also voice level troubleshooting and video server management.

Responsibilities :

Level BAU support of Call manager, Unity Voicemail and Unified Call Center Express
Active participation in the upgrade of the above mentioned systems to version , incl. planning, upgrading and testing before August
Active participating in the planning for upgrading to version for the above systems
Level troubleshooting of those systems
Working with the vendor Cisco in case of issues
Documenting and / or updating documentation of the above
Cisco video server configuration / maintenance (VCS and Expressway)

Not mandatory skills, but preferred experience with configuration and operation / maintenance of :

Oracle Session Border Controller(Client) and

Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)

Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor

Integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS

Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution

Qualifications :

At least years experience as a level engineer in the above mentioned products

Indepth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl. Voice Gateways

Indepth knowledge of Cisco Callmanager, esp. version and above

Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx

Working knowledge of Oracle Client and ECB preferable

Working knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
